I contacted this company while looking for a reliable electrical contractor to support multiple residential properties. I was hoping to establish an ongoing relationship with a contractor we could rely on for both routine and emergency needs.

Unfortunately, the initial phone interaction was unnecessarily abrupt and dismissive. The representative made it clear that they choose which work they take, require payment upfront, provide estimates only over the phone, and do not visit properties to assess work. The overall tone was essentially “take it or leave it.”

Great company to work with. My homeowners insurance demanded I replace my aging electrical panel. Marco responded instantly with great depth. I called this company on a Sunday afternoon. Marc returned my call within 10 minutes. We set an appointment for the next morning. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in 30 minutes. The price was reasonable, especially considering the great service with a smile.
